my new favorite place to sleep

Here is my new favorite place to sleep...in my carseat! Every time I get in it, I go to sleep. Maybe my parents can put me in it if I can't sleep tonight.

Here are my scooter jammies that my mommy and daddy got me. I love them and my daddy does too! He has a scooter (a Vespa) that I might get to ride when I get bigger one day. I want one like this for Christmas, too!

I love my swing!!!

I am really starting to love my swing! Today my mommy and daddy put me in it and I stayed there until I fell asleep. My dog Rosemary likes to help push me too. Here are some pictures!

I'm two weeks old today!

Today I am two weeks old! I spent the day hanging out with my mommy, eating, and sleeping. She took this picture of me laughing today!

Today I had quite an adventure! First, my umbilical cord fell off and then I went to the grocery store for the first time.

Today I went to the Doctor for my first check up...everything is good! This is me in my car carrier on the way.

Aidan Cortland Jones arrived at 4:35 am on Thursday, August 10, 2006. His weight is 6 pounds + 10 ounces and he is 19 ¾ inches long. He and his mother are doing extremely well. It was a short labor and we were lucky. The first photo was taken within seconds of birth and the second and third were taken around 8:30am.

no day but today!

ok, here we are...its 12:25am on Thursday August 10 and my mommy is asleep in the hospital. We have had a long day but the wait will soon be over. The doctor said I should be here in the late afternoon...we will wait and see.

38 weeks

today at the dr. they said I was 7 pounds and doing well. my heartbeat is 132bpm and I am not breech anymore. my mommy and daddy got to see my cute little face today and my chubby cheeks . . . if my dad had his scanner at home you could see me but alas he does not. I go to the dr. again tomorrow for my 38 week checkup.
